We’re searching for your ‘un-brie-lievable’ Christmas cracker jokes
So we all know how it goes – you’re sitting around the Christmas dinner table and the crackers get pulled. We all shake our heads at that cheesy joke that inevitably follows.
But it’s exactly those cheesy jokes that we, at Highland Fine Cheeses, want to hear and we believe that there’s ‘stil-tons’ of new puns and gags out there!
Today we have launched a crazy Christmas competition with a twist.
We are encouraging people to send in their original, cheese-related Christmas cracker jokes on social media to be in with a chance of winning one of our luxury hampers filled with cheesy goodies – all in time for the festive season.
Highland Fine Cheeses owner (and joke master general), Rory Stone, said: “Christmas has always been a time for celebration, lots of laughs and, of course, lots of cheese. We’re all ‘fondue’ of Christmas cracker jokes, but we’ve ‘curd’ some terrible ones over the years and reckon there are ‘whey’ better ones out there.
“After the year we’ve all had, we thought a hunt for the country’s cheesiest joke was a ‘grate’ way to get some laughs. I’m looking forward to exercising my chuckle muscles and seeing the jokes everyone sends in – the cheesier the better, of course!”
The lucky winner will be able to get stuck into our popular Crowdie, Brie and Cheddar – all made at our Tain-based farm.

The winner will be announced on December 16 with the lucky winner receiving their luxury hamper by Christmas!
Terms & Conditions
Entrants to the competition must be aged 16 or over, based in the UK, and must submit their entries via Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #HFCheeseJokes by 12 noon on December 14.
If the winner is selected from within the local area, their hamper will be available to collect directly from Highland Fine Cheeses, otherwise it will be posted to them.
